In this writ petition, the Petitioners pray for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 cancel the Registered Sale Agreement dated 26th April, 2016 executed by the Opposite Party Nos.5 to 7 in favour of the Opposite Party No.4. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 24th June, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

Mr. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the prayer made by the Petitioners cannot be granted in this writ petition. The Petitioners, if so advised, may file a properly constituted suit for the aforesaid relief.
