Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

Pursuant to the order of this Court, notice was issued to the opposite parties and office note on the record shows that notice was sent through Registered Post with A.D. but A.D. has not come back. However, tracking report detailed shows that notice has been served on the opposite party no.1. Therefore, the same is hereby treated as sufficient. 4.

So far as Opposite Party No.2 is concerned, Mr. G.P. Dutta, Advocate submits that he is appearing in the matter as per instruction. 5.

Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed for restoration. 6.

List this matter in the week commencing from 14th of November, 2022.
