Heard Mr. M. Pratap @ P.K. Mohapatra, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department. 3.

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition to quash the office Order dated 03.06.2019 passed by the Collector-cum-CEO Zilla Parishad, Bargarh in view of the interim Order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.369 of 2019 and O.A. No.370 of 2019. 4.

Mr. M. Pratap @ P.K. Mohapatra, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that in the meantime, the office Order dated 03.06.2019 passed by the Collector-cum-CEO Zilla Parishad, Bargarh has been recalled and the Petitioners have been allowed to continue in service. Therefore, nothing remains more to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. 5.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department contended that after recalling the Order dated 03.06.2019 passed by the Collector-cum-CEO Zilla Parishad, Bargarh, nothing more to be adjudicated since the main

case is pending for consideration.

In view of such position, the relief sought having been granted to the Petitioners by the authority concerned, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the Petitioners to pursue the main case.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
