Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event pleadings in the petition dated 13.03.2020 under Annexure-4 are already completed, all attempt shall be made by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Nilagiri to dispose of the petition dated 13.03.2020 under Annexure-4 at least within a period of one year from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner and also without entering into any unnecessary adjournments.
