This Interlocutory Application has been filed for modification of prayer made in the Writ Petition. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to correct the prayer in Court today. In view of the aforesaid modification order dated 13.05.2022 stands modified to the extent that in place of the prayer of the Writ Petiton which is quoted in Paragraph-3, the modified prayer be inserted. 4.
