This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 180 of 2022, arising out of Motu P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Motu for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections420/294/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed
just and proper, and additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear in person before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every 10 (ten) days, till the submission of Final Form. The First date of appearance shall be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

It is needless to state here that the petitioner default in appearance shall entail cancellation of the bail without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
