Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is brother of petitioner in W.P.(C) no.1834 of 2017 (Nirmal Ch. Behera v. State of Orissa and others). He submits, both brothers stand on same footing. Nirmal Ch. Behera (supra) was disposed of by order dated 20th December, 2022 (yesterday). The writ petition is covered by said order. 2.

Ms. Patnayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the writ petition stands covered by the order.
