2. At the outset, Ms. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to implead the State of Orissa as Opposite Party No.4 in Court today.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

4. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To quash the punishment order dtd. 3.3.2018 under Annexure-4.

(ii) To direct the opposite parties to reinstate the petitioner with all service, financial and consequential benefits".

He further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 02.01.2022 at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a

// 2 // decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
