This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner was released on bail in BLAPL No.4235 of 2022 by order dated 19.05.2022 but in paragraph-9 of the said order, where it has been wrongly mentioned as "It is further directed that the bail granted to the petitioner is subject to the condition that learned court below shall verify whether the petitioner has any criminal antecedents. In the event it is found that the petitioner has any such criminal antecedents, this bail order shall automatically stands revoked" instead of "the petitioner has seven criminal antecedents".

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-9 of the order dated 19.05.2022 is recalled and it be mentioned as "he shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a week preferably on 'Sunday' in between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. till conclusion of trial" in place of "It is further directed that the bail granted to the petitioner is subject to the condition that learned court below shall verify whether the petitioner has any criminal antecedents. In the event it is found that the petitioner has any such criminal antecedents, this bail order shall automatically stands revoked", rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
