alleged violation of the order dated 10.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.192 of 2022. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 28.11.2022 in Court today and prays for permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file afresh if any further cause of action arises. The Memo be kept on record.
