Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.4236 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 19.05.2022 granting bail to the petitioner. He further submits that the leaned court below finds that some criminal antecedents are against the petitioner. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that the paragraph-10 of the order dated 19.05.2022 be waived, rest part of the order remaining the same. 5.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
