This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties. 3.

Being aggrieved by the Order dtd. 06.08.2019 passed by the C.D.P.O., Bahanaga - Opposite Party No.5 appointing Opposite Party No.6 as Anganwadi Worker of Baliktiran Anganwadi Centre under the administration control of Opposite Party No.5. The present writ petition has been filed. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner could not avail the statutory remedy of Appeal because of the Corona Pandemic and seeks leave to move the Appellate Authority as per the Guidelines.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court directs that, the Appellate Authority as per the Guidelines (ADM, Balasore) shall consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks, if such appeal is filed within two weeks hence. To facilitate such disposal, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to submit the copy of the writ petition along with its annexures before the Appellate Authority. 6.

It is needless to say that the Appellate Authority shall take into account the conflicting claims, if any, while dealing with the appeal of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
