Heard Miss S.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to transfer the existing 26 city buses to the petitioner on payment of depreciated value of the said buses as per the Clause 3.3 of the Bus Operation Agreement. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.3-Chief Executive Officer, Ganjam Urban Transport Service Ltd. (GUTSL), Berhampur Development Authority, Ganjam vide Annexure-5, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of

Ashok/Puspa production of certified copy this order.
