2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner in connection with T.R. No.57 of 2002 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a better application.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
