2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S.

Case No.49 of corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.183 of 1999 pending n the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a better application.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
