Heard Mr. D.P. Dhalasamant, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Swain, learned Senior Panel, Central Government Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 to 4. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction for early disposal of O.A. No. 359 of 2016, which is pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

Mr. D.P. Dhalasamant, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since there is urgency involves in the matter, direction may be given to the Tribunal for early disposal of the Original Application, instead of adjourning the same time and again. 5.

This Court is not inclined to issue any direction for early disposal of the Original Application. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Tribunal by filing application for early disposal of the Original Application. If such application is

filed, the Tribunal shall consider the same and pass appropriate Order, as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
