This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Offence Report No.1BDM of 2022-23 corresponding to 2(b) C.C. Case No. 6 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Rairakhol for commission of offence under Section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act.

Being aggrieved by the Order dated 22.04.2022 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rairakhol in ABLAPL No. 31 of 2022 and ABLAPL No.34 of 2022, rejecting the prayer of the petitioners for Anticipatory Bail, the present ABLAPL has filed.

Considering the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in

seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioners on bail, the learned Court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioners have any criminal antecedents, this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
