1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the action of the opposite parties in not considering his case for appointment as Principal-In-Charge in Mathakaragola College, Mathakaragola, in the district of Dhenkanal, even though he is senior to the opposite party No.5.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation under Annexure-16 to the opposite party No.1Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha ventilating his grievance which is pending since 09.03.2022. He further submits that a direction may be

// 2 // given to the authority to dispose of the said representation. But no proof of dispatch nor any proof of receipt from the counter of the office of the opposite party No.1 has been annexed.

Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the opposite party No.1Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha by filing a fresh representation along with all required documents within a period of ten days from today. In such event, the opposite party No.1Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha shall consider such representation to be filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of forty-five days thereafter.
