1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate (AGA) appearing for the Opposite Party-State says that if a time-bound direction is issued, the decision of the State Government will be made available to the Petitioner.

2. It is accordingly directed that the Collector, Khurdha will make his recommendation to the Excise Commissioner not later than 9th January, 2023 and the final decision of the Government will be passed thereon taking note of the orders passed by this Court in the present petition and will be communicated to the Petitioner not later than four weeks thereafter.

3. No further directions are required at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
