This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bari Ramchandrapur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.970 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/294/506/354/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the recitals in the Case Diary, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
