This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No.184 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 181 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Chilika for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of petitioner No. 6 in Court as "Rupa". 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for anticipatory bail, so far as Petitioner No.6 is concerned.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner No.6 is dismissed as not pressed.

So far petitioner Nos.1 to 5 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner Nos.1 to 5 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
