This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Soro P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 414 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Soro for commission of offence under Sections 294/323/326/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the injuries are simple in nature, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioners on bail, the learned Court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioners have any
criminal antecedents, this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
