1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been succinctly elaborated in the appeal filed under Annexure-11 of the present petition since the appeal has been filed on 18.06.2021 and the said appeal is still pending before the State Project Director, OSEPA, Bhubaneswar.

3. Let the State Project Director, OSEPA, Bhubaneswar decide the appeal in Annexure-11 within a period of one month from the date of submission of this order and pass a reasoned order and intimate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter. If required, an opportunity may be given to the petitioner for the purpose of verification of the issue.
