This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of C.T. Case No. 60 of 2021 (arising out of Nabarangpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019) pending in the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nabarangpur to any competent Court under Kalahandi Judgeship.

Ms. K. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties i.e. the petitioner and the opp. party no.2. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to proceed this TRPCRL and may be permitted to withdraw the same and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.

Considering the above submission, the TRPCRL is dismissed as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
