Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner through Annexure-3 establishes that on entertaining the application for demarcation, there has been already direction to the Revenue Inspector for submission of report.

Considering the demarcation proceeding pending at the instance of the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Damapada- Opposite Party No.2 to complete the demarcation exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order, further involving the parties likely to be affected.
