The secured creditor has filed the instant writ petition seeking a direction to the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Khurda to expeditiously dispose of the application moved by the petitioners under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 vide Bank Miscellaneous Case No.49 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition to enable the petitioners to file a fresh application before the CJM concerned in view of the directions contained in Bajaj Finance Ltd. v.

// 2 // M/s. Ali Agency and Others, reported in 2022(I) ILR-CUT-86.
