Heard Mr. Arabinda Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Rout, learned Additional Government Advocate.

At the outset, on oral prayer, Mr. Arabinda Tripathy is permitted to correct the description of Annexure-9 in Court today.

According to Mr. Arabinda Tripathy, the petitioner, who has got the compensation for the acquisition of her land and her house, is aggrieved by inaction of the opposite parties, more particularly opposite party no.3, in not including her name in the list of displaced persons, for getting the benefits under the Orissa Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006. 4.
During course of hearing, Mr. Tripathy submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Sundargarh (opposite party No.2) by filing a representation for redressal of her grievances and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion
// 2 // within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the Collector, Sundargarh (opposite party No.2) through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.2 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
