1. It is seen that Ghantai Nali Gramya Committee had submitted a representation to the Collector, Angul on 24th February, 2020.
2. The Collector, Angul is directed to examine the said representation and after giving notice to the representatives of the Committee and the present Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.1 and after getting inputs from the State Pollution Control Board, pass a detailed order not later than 1st November, 2022 and make the order available to the parties not later than 8th November, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion in the matter.
3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per Rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge S.K. Jena/Secy.
