This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with 1CC Case No. 1 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Kodala for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/304-B/302/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner relying on Annexure-3(Final Form) that after investigation into G.R. Case No.120 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kodala arising out of Kodala P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021.Charge-sheet was filed against petitioner No.1 U/s-498-A/306 of the I.P.C. and pursuant to which the petitioner was taken into custody and released on bail. And, thereafter 1CC Case No. 1 of 2022 was instituted as a Protest Petition and by order dated 10.03.2022 inter

alia u/s. 304-B/34 of the I.P.C. summons have been issued against the petitioners.

Taking note of such submission and considering the nature of allegations from the 161 Cr.P.C. statements on record, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail.

The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
