Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, therefore, paragraph-8 of the order may be deleted.

Considering the submissions made, paragraph-8 of order dated 19.06.2022 be deleted. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
