This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 2787 of 2022, arising out of Tamando P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries suffered are simple in nature.

Taking into account such assertions this Court directs that on surrendering, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

While releasing the petitioners on bail the learned Court below is called upon to verify the assertions relating to nature of injury. If it comes to the fore that injuries are not simple as cited,
this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
