There is allegation through the writ petition against the competent Order No.

authority for not working out the direction contained in Annexure-1. This matter was taken up on 16.05.2022, 20.05.2022 and then on 29.06.2022. In spite of three adjournments there is no information coming from the competent authority. However, today in instruction of the Additional Tahasildar, Bhuban, a statement is made by learned State Counsel that the proceeding for eviction has already been posted to 30.07.2022 and in the meantime Police assistance is also sought for. 2.

Considering the developments therein, this Court finds the writ petition should not be kept pending. This Court hopes and expect there shall be working out the order on the next date. 3.
