This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no had appeared on 11.10.2022.

The petitioners by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seek to quash the order passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Puri on 17.11.2015 in S.T. Case No. 16/83 of 2012 annexed at Annexure-1 by which the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Puri has rejected the petition of the petitioner U/S.311 of Cr.P.C. to recall P.W.11. The impugned order has been passed way back on 17.11.2015 and in the meanwhile near about seven years have elapsed. This Court entertains a reasonable doubt as to whether the petitioners really desire to prosecute the matter. 4.

In view of such, the CRLMC is dismissed.
