Learned counsel for the petitioner while submitting to withdraw the CRLMC prays that the case may be disposed of as early as possible. 3.

In view of such prayer, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn and the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and make all endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months of the receipt of the order. Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the trial.
