Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 318 of 2022, arising out of Basta P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Basta for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/354-A/354-B/323/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the allegations and counter allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
