Heard Mr. D.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Sahoo, the petitioners are aggrieved by awarding of less amount of compensation on account of faulty measurement of the land that has been acquired by the authorities. 3.

Mr. Nayak relying on Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlment Act, 2013 submits that for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners should have approached the appropriate authority under Section 64 of the above noted Actg.

In such background, Mr. Sahoo wants to withdraw this writ application so as to enable the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority under the above noted enactment for redressal of their grievances.

Considering such submission, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
