Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 4.

In view of the conduct of the present petitioner in filing ABLAPL No. 6062 of 2022 notwithstanding the pendency of the present application and also taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner as stated by the learned counsel for the informant inasmuch as the petitioner is cited as an accused in Puruna Bazar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021 under Section 307 of the I.P.C., this Court is not inclined to entertain this ABLAPL.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL strands dismissed.
