1. In view of order passed by this Court on 31st July, 2015 in W.P.(C) No.6034 of 2013 and subsequent order dated 31st August, 2017 in W.P.(C) No.7879 of 2016 (M/s.Akhankshit Enterprises v. Chairman-cum-Managing Director, MCL), the impugned demand notice challenged in the present petition stands quashed. The MCL is at liberty to proceed in accordance with the earlier direction dated 31st July, 2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6034 of 2013 and desist from repeatedly issuing notices which are not in conformity with such directions.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
