On his own submission of Mr. Balakrishna, learned counsel for Order No.
the Petitioners, the Petitioners are yet to put up the application for intervention in the proceeding vide Annexure-3. 2.
Considering the above submission of Mr. Balakrishna, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court finds, there is no scope of hearing the Petitioners involving the application U/s.144 of Cr.P.C. It is, however, directed that in the event the proceeding vide Annexure-3 is still pending and in the event the Petitioners are so advised and feel to be aggrieved in the finality of the proceeding U/s.144 of Cr.P.C, they may put up an application before the competent authority for giving them opportunity of hearing in the proceeding U/s.144 of Cr.P.C. Petitioners will file application for intervention and opportunity of hearing within a period of ten days hence. 3.
