Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 170 of 2022 arising out of Lakhna P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Nuapada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J., Nuapada by Order dtd.2.05.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account that the overt act is attributed to the accused Mitrabhanu Sabar and keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that Charge-sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile, this Court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
