Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to Sub-Registrar, Soro-Opposite Party No.4 to register the sale deed in respect of Plot No.3765 under Khata no.1352 of mouza Gud under Soro tahasil to an extent of Ac.0.08 decimal 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a development in the matter and Sub-Registrar, Soro-Opposite Party No.4 has assured to look into the matter and do the needful. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one if cause of action arises. 4.
