This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 13.06.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions made, the first condition imposed in Paragraph-7 of the order dated 13.06.2022 stands waived, instead the Petitioner shall furnish a cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) and the same shall be invested in an interest bearing account in any Nationalised Bank in the name of the Court in seisin over the matter.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the

// 2 // Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 13.06.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
