Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2022 in connection with Mohulpada P.S. Case No.8 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.63 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bonei for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 451/506/376(1) of IPC.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and in particular the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as also of the eye-witness, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.
It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim and eye-witness, namely, Bhadra Kallo. 6.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
