This application has been filed with a prayer to insert the words "Parent/affiliated hospital" in place of "parent (own) hospital", by way of modification of the order dated 21.02.2022.

Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner contended that in the resolution dated 10.08.2017, with regard to guidelines for opening of new nursing institution under clause-1(e), it has been inter alia prescribed that if the institution is having both GNM and B.Sc (N) programme, it would require 240 bedded parent/affiliated hospital. Therefore, the order dated 21.02.2022 be modified to the extent of permitting the petitioner to file fresh application for grant of NOC for opening of new nursing institution, as per clause-1(e) of the resolution dated 10.08.2017.

Learned counsel appearing for the other sides have no objection to such submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 21.02.2022 passed in this writ petition is clarified/modified by permitting the petitioner to file application adhering to clause 1(e) of the guidelines indicated in the resolution dated 10.08.2017. 6.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
