1. Heard Mr. S.K. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The Petitioner has challenged the order of issuance of NBW dated 06.04.2019 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar in T.R. No.170 of 2018.

3. Upon perusal of the bail order and the order issuing NBW, the case number does not tally.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.

5. However, as prayed for, the Petitioner is at liberty to file a better application.
