The Petitioner-private limited company by filing the present writ petition has assailed the e-auction sale notice dated 7th April, 2022 issued by the Authorized Officer, Canara Bank, Main Branch, Rourkela seeking to fix the auction of the secured asset on 17th May, 2022 for recovery of an outstanding liability of Rs.2,21,42,446.39 due as on 31st March, 2022+interest and expenses.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner prays for an unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition in view of the Petitioner having deposited a sum of Rs.2,21,42,446.39 before the Bank. He has filed a memo dated 22nd August, 2022 in Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
