1. The present application was filed against an order dated 1st July 2017 passed by the Sessions Judge, Khurda in Crl. Misc. (PMLA) Case No.34 of 2016 rejecting the application for exemption from appearance under Section 205 Cr.P.C.. There has been no interim order in present application. Obviously, with the passage of time, the present application has been rendered infructuous.
