None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 14.11.2022 and one last chance was given to the petitioner, but he has failed to avail such chance. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, especially when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to address the Court today and on the last date, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
