Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2022 in connection with Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No.114 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.15/32 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Special Court under POCSO, Bhawanipatna for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/354-A/354C/354D/506/509 of IPC read with Sections 67 of IT Act, Section 3(1)(s)/3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989 and Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012. 4.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and in particular the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case

without fail.
