Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter. In such view of the matter, he does not want to press this bail application.

Accordingly, BLAPL is disposed of as not pressed. However, it is open for the Petitioner to move a fresh application in the event the cause of action still survives.
